German Apple Mini-Chip Cake

  1. Slightly beat eggs in bowl.
  2. Add oil, apple juice, vanilla; beat.
  3. In separate bowl, combine dry ingredients.
  4. Slowly add dry ingredients to liquid, beating constantly, until thick.
  5. Add apples, chips, nuts; mix.
  6. Pour into greased and floured pan.
  7. Bake at 350F for (Bundt pan) 65-70 minutes or (9x13-inch pan) 35-40 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool for 10 minutes, remove from pan, and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
