Japanese Fruit Pie II
- 12 cup margarine, melted, cooled
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 12 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 cup dates, chopped
- 12 cup coconut
- 12 cup nuts, chopped
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- Preheat oven to 300F.
- Combine margarine, sugar, eggs, vinegar, and vanilla in bowl.
- Mix well.
- Stir in dates, coconut and nuts.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake in for 45 to 50 minutes or until brown.
