Beef Roast Pork Chops Ribs And Chicken Recipe
- Each sauce is per one lb. of meat.
- 2/3 c. of Dr. Pepper brand soda
- 2/3 c. of ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. of dry oregano
- 1 x garlic clove, chopped (optional)
- Beef Roast: Place a 2-3 pound roast in a crock-pot and bake on low for 4-6 hours.
- Add in your vegetables the last 2 hours.
- Or possibly you can break-up the roast and serve on sandwiches.
- Also, you can bake the roast at 350 for 1 hr.
- Pork Chops or possibly Chicken: Place 4 pork chops in a 9 x 13 dish and bake at 350 for 1 hr.
- Ribs: (without the bone) Place 2-3 lbs.
- ribs in a crock-pot and bake for 4-6 hours on low.
- Basting the ribs with the sauce every 30 min.
- Or possibly you can bake the ribs at 325 degrees for 1 hour, then bake another 45 min,basting the ribs every 15-minutes.
- Don't use Diet Dr. Pepper even if does taste the same.
- The sugar helps tenderize the meat.
