Breaded Pork Tenderloin Recipe

  1. Cut the tenderloin in half lengthwise, but don't cut all the way through.
  2. Open and flatten it on a cutting board.
  3. Lb.
  4. with a meat mallet to 1/4 inch thickness.
  5. Cut into three pcs.
  6. With a fork, beat egg, water, salt, crushed rosemary and pepper.
  7. Dip the meat in the egg, then the crumbs and repeat.
  8. Heat oil in a skillet medium high.
  9. Cook meat till browned and tender, turning once.
  10. This will take about 10 min.
  11. NOTES : This sounds a bit bland, but it is surprisingly flavorful.
