Mauder's Fudge

  1. Warm milk and salt in a sauce pan over low heat.
  2. Once milk is thinned and warm, add chocolate stir frequently until smooth.
  3. Fold in nuts.
  4. Add vanilla extract last, stir quickly, mixture will begin to harden.
  5. Spoon onto a cookie sheet covered with wax paper and allow to harden in the refrigerator for about 1 hour per inch of thickness.
