Chicken With Lemon And Wine Recipe

  1. Heat butter and oil till very warm.
  2. Dredge chicken in seasoned flour and fry for 2 min on each side till tender and lightly browned.
  3. Season with pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  4. Heat wine and pour over chicken.
  5. Add in parsley and simmer, basting for 10 min.
