Peaches 'N Cream Recipe
- 9 inch pie shell
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 5 peaches, peeled & halved
- 3/4 c. heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Heat oven to 450 degrees.
- Stir together flour and sugar; spread 1/2 of mix into pastry shell.
- Place peach halves cut side down on sugar.
- Sprinkle remaining sugar mix over peaches.
- Pour cream over peaches and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake 10 min.
- Reduce oven to 350 degrees and continue to bake 30 to 35 min longer.
- Cold.
- Delicious!
