Florentine Style Meatloaf

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees farenheit.
  2. In a large bowl combine all ingredients except the mozzarella.
  3. Add 1/2 of mixture to a large loaf pan.
  4. Top with shredded mozzarella, then add remaining mixture on top of that.
  5. Press down to get out any air pockets and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes.
  7. Feel free to top with ketchup if that is your thing.
