Chet Atkins' Cole Slaw
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. hot sauce (more if you like)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 sm. head cabbage, finely shredded
- Whisk together the vinegar, oil, sugar, dry mustard, hot sauce and salt to combine.
- Pour onto shredded cabbage and toss thoroughly.
- Chill before serving.
