Pecan Spinach Casserole Recipe

  1. Cook spinach and drain well.
  2. Heat margairne in skillet and saute/fry onion.
  3. combine onion with spinach, lowfat milk, pecan meal, choped pecans, salt, nutmeg and pepper.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Turn mix into a buttered 1 1/2 qt casserole dish.
  6. Heat 2 Tbsp.
  7. butter.
  8. Stir in bread crumbs and sprinkle over spinach.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
  10. Serves 8.
