Pepperjack Breakfast Sandwich

  1. Mix egg product, milk and onion.
  2. Add to small nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray.
  3. Cook on medium heat 1 to 2 minutes or until set, stirring frequently.
  4. Spoon egg product mixture evenly onto 2 of the muffin halves.
  5. Top each with 1-1/2 tsp.
  6. salsa and one 2% Milk Singles.
  7. Cover with remaining muffin halves.
