Tomato And Three Cheese Tart Recipe
- 1 baked 9 inch pie shell
- 6 tomatoes, peeled and seeded and cut into 1/3 inch slices
- 2 tbsp. shredded fresh basil
- 3 tbsp. chopped fresh chives
- 1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar, grated
- 1 c. grated Gouda
- 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella
- Arrange tomato slices in shell.
- Sprinkle them with basil, chives, salt and pepper to taste.
- In bowl combine mayonnaise with cheeses.
- Spread mix over tomato slices and bake tart in middle of oven 400 degrees (preheated) for 30-35 min, or possibly till the top is golden brown.
