Derby Punch

• 2-1/2 cups water
• 1 pouch (14 g) Crystal Light Lemonade Low Calorie Drink Mix
• 3 cups diet ginger ale
• 1/2 cup bourbon
• 1 navel orange, cut into thin slices Safeway 1 lb For $0.79 thru 02/09
• 6 sprigs fresh mint
• 1 cup ice cubes

1. Add water to drink mix in 2-L glass or plastic pitcher; stir until mix is dissolved.
2. Stir in all remaining ingredients except ice.
3. Serve over ice in tall glasses.
