Everyday Easy Mussels

  1. Combine tomatoes with their liquid and wine in large frying pan.
  2. Bring to boil on medium heat.
  3. Add mussels; cover.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 10 minutes or until shells open and meat starts to loosen from the shells.
  5. Discard any shells that do not open.
