Pork Piccata

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  2. Drain.
  3. Mix soup, lemon juice, mustard, water and thyme in small bowl.
  4. Brown pork in oil in frypan over medium-high heat.
  5. Drain fat.
  6. Add soup mixture.
  7. Bring to boil over medium heat.
  8. Cover and simmer over low heat 10-15 minutes.
  9. Serve pork over cooked noodles.
