Vickys Kiwi, Apple & Grape Sorbet

  1. Make a simple syrup by gently dissolving the sugar into the warm water
  2. Set aside to cool to room temp
  3. Put the kiwi, apple, grapes and lemon/lime juice into a blender or food processor and blitz smooth
  4. Add the simple syrup and pulse to combine
  5. At this point I added the mixture into my ice cream maker to start it off but you don't need to if you don't have one
  6. Pour the mixture into a freezer-proof container with a lid and put it in the deep freeze
  7. Stir it every half hour for 3 hours then leave until you reach the desired set.
  8. Mine took 1 hour to set after I stopped stirring
  9. This also makes a really refreshing slush drink if you mix in some apple or grape juice to a scoop of the sorbet in a glass
