Spiced Tomato Chicken
- 1 1/2 Microwaved Herb Chicken Rolls
- 1 Tomato
- 1 if you have it Baby leaf lettuce
- 1 tbsp Marinating liquid from the "Microwaved Herb Chicken Rolls"
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tsp Coarsely ground black pepper
- Remove the stems of the tomatoes and cut into tenths.
- Cut the "Microwaved Herb Chicken Rolls" into 1 cm thick slices.
- Arrange in a 25 cm diameter heatproof dish, spread tomatoes on top, and pour A on top.
- Wrap lightly and microwave at 600 W for 6 minutes.
- Remove the wrap and use a spoon to flip the ingredients over a few times to coat.
