Tori's Diet Scrambled egg whites with vegetables

  1. Pour the olive oil into the frying pan
  2. Pour the egg whites and fry a little
  3. Then add the vegetables
  4. Spread the cheese on top of it
  5. Add a little pepper and salt
  6. Put the lid on and fry 5 minutes on small fire
  7. Put it carefully on a plate.. or you can mix it all up
  8. Serve hot
