Mediterranean Pasta Salad
- 1 lb. penne pasta, cooked, drained
- 8 oz. ATHENOS Traditional Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 1 jar (6 1/2 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts, drained, coarsely chopped
- 1 medium cucumber, seeded, chopped
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomato halves, cut into strips
- 3/4 cup
- Mix all ingredients lightly with dressing in large bowl.
- Serve immediately.
