Coke Salad

  1. Drain juices from fruit into medium sauce pan.
  2. Heat to boiling.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in jello until completely dissolved.
  4. Add cream cheese and stir/beat until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour into large punch or trifle size bowl.
  6. Add coke and pecans and stir well.
  7. Refrigerate until set firmly.
  8. Note: I like to stir salad a couple time in the first 20 minute, to mix up the fruit that rises to the top.
