Crawfish and Sausage Bisque

• 12 ounces crawfish tails
• 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of potato soup
• 2 ounces light cream cheese
• 1 (14 3/4 ounce) can creamed corn
• 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can whole kernel corn
• 12 pint fat-free half-and-half
• 8 ounces smoked turkey sausage
• 12 tablespoon cajun seasoning
• 12 teaspoon pepper
• 1 tablespoon whole wheat flour

1. Combine all ingredients in a crock pot and cook on high for 2 hours.
