Bacon & Swiss Quiche (gluten-free)

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Grease pie plate.
  3. Sprinkle bacon & cheese in bottom of pie plate.
  4. Whisk remaining ingredients together for 1 minute.
  5. Pour into pie plate.
  6. Bake until golden brown, about 50-55 minutes.
  7. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
