Bacon & Swiss Quiche (gluten-free)
- 12 slice bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 1 cup shredded swiss
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 2 cup soymilk
- 1/2 cup gluten-free baking mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 /8 tsp pepper
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Grease pie plate.
- Sprinkle bacon & cheese in bottom of pie plate.
- Whisk remaining ingredients together for 1 minute.
- Pour into pie plate.
- Bake until golden brown, about 50-55 minutes.
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
