Creamy Cheddar-Potato Casserole

• 1 container (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
• 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
• 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
• 8 green onions, sliced
• 1 pkg. (28 oz.) ORE-IDA Potatoes OBrien

1. Heat oven to 375F.
2. Mix sour cream, 1-1/2 cups cheese, soup and onions in large bowl until blended.
3. Add potatoes; mix well.
4. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
5. Bake 45 to 50 min.
6. or until casserole is heated through and golden brown on top.
7. Let stand 5 min.
