Creamy Cheddar-Potato Casserole
- 1 container (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 8 green onions, sliced
- 1 pkg. (28 oz.) ORE-IDA Potatoes OBrien
- Heat oven to 375F.
- Mix sour cream, 1-1/2 cups cheese, soup and onions in large bowl until blended.
- Add potatoes; mix well.
- Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake 45 to 50 min.
- or until casserole is heated through and golden brown on top.
