Snow Ghost Cocoa Cream Pie Recipe

  1. Combine cocoa, sugar, salt and cornstarch in a medium saucepan.
  2. Gradually blend lowfat milk into dry ingredients, stirring till smooth.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring till filling boils; boil 1 minute.
  4. Remove from heat; blend in butter and vanilla.
  5. Pour into pie crust.
  6. Carefully press plastic wrap directly onto pie filling.
  7. Cold; refrigerate3 to 4 hrs.
  8. Garnish with whipped cream.
