Jamaican Jerk Pork Chops
- 4 to 6 pork chops, depending on size
- 2 tsp. grated ginger
- 3 to 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-1/3 tbsp. dried minced onions
- 2 tsp. ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1-1/3 tbsp. brown sugar Twin
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp. habanero pepper sauce
- 1 tbsp. coconut rum
- Mix all ingredients except chops as a marinade and marinate the chops overnight in a ziplock bag.
- Drain chops from marinade.
- Grill chops 10-15 minutes over medium coals or until cooked through, depending on thickness.
