Quick Hummus
- 2 cans (15 Oz. Each) Chick Peas (garbanzo Beans), Drained
- 13 cups Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Tahini (found In The Organic Or Health Food Section Of Your Grocery Store)
- 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Paprika
- 1 whole Handful Fresh Basil Leaves
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 dash Black Pepper To Taste
- Place drained chick peas in a food processor, and pulse until peas are finely chopped.
- Add the remaining ingredients and turn the food processor on until hummus is smooth.
- Add additional salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve chilled.
