5 Pepper Salsa
- 3 x-lg. tomatoes
- 3 to 4 Roma tomatoes
- 2 cans (14-1/2 oz. each) diced tomatoes
- 2 md. banana peppers
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 to 6 oz. jalapenos (use some of the juice if you want more spice)
- 1 green pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 md. Vidalia onion
- Cilantro to your taste, don't use too much, it is powerful
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1-1/4 cup white vinager
- 1 tbsp. salt, and then salt to taste
- Take all the ingredients and blend in food processor or blender until desired texture.
- For chunky salsa chop half of the ingredients by hand and puree the other half.
