Sauteed Broccoli

  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on high.
  2. Saute garlic until golden.
  3. Add broccoli and salt; toss with oil.
  4. Pour in water and cover; cook 45 seconds.
  5. Uncover; stir and cook until broccoli is heated through but still crisp.
  6. 3 - 5 minutes.
