Sauteed Broccoli
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 clove garlic, sliced
- 1 lb broccoli florets
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup water
- Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on high.
- Saute garlic until golden.
- Add broccoli and salt; toss with oil.
- Pour in water and cover; cook 45 seconds.
- Uncover; stir and cook until broccoli is heated through but still crisp.
- 3 - 5 minutes.
