Quick Stir-Fried Clams with Green Onions

  1. Heat oil in wok on medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic; cook 10 sec.
  3. or until fragrant.
  4. Add clams and onions; stir-fry 1 min.
  5. Stir in wine; cover.
  6. Cook 1 min.
  7. Remove from heat; stir in dressing.
