Creamy Praline Topping

• 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
• 1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla

1. Mix cream cheese and sugar in medium bowl until well blended.
2. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
3. Spread over warm pieces of coffee cake.
