Yeast-Free Pizza Dough
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 23 cup soymilk
- Put pizza stone in oven.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and oregano.
- Mix in the egg and the milk and stir well.
- Transfer to a lightly floured surface.
- Knead dough until smooth, adding more flour if the dough is very sticky.
- Roll out dough and transfer to preheated pizza stone.
- Bake crust in preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Add toppings and bake about 10 more minutes, until cheese is melted.
