Spicy Shrimp & Broccoli Pasta
- 2 cups 70/90 Frozen Shrimp
- 16 ounces, weight Frozen Broccoli Florets
- 3/4 pounds Wheat Penne Pasta
- 1/2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 1/4 pounds Shredded Pecorino Romano, And A Little More For Sprinkling
- 1/2 Tablespoons Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- Thaw the shrimp.
- Steam the florets.
- Cook the pasta according to package directions.
- Set all three aside.
- In a saute pan over medium-high heat, melt the butter.
- Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, stirring consistently, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a large bowl, add the pasta, steamed broccoli, cheese, and shrimp.
- Mix together well but gently.
- Add the red pepper flakes in your desired amount.
- Mix the contents of bowl gently again.
- Serve immediately.
- Sprinkle on top a little extra cheese.
- Eat!
