Breakfast Burritos

  1. Brown sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Spoon into large bowl.
  2. Brown hash brown potatoes with onion in large skillet, stirring frequently.
  3. Add to sausage; mix well. Scramble eggs in skillet until done to taste, stirring frequently. Add to sausage mixture.
  4. Add chopped green chiles, salt, pepper, salsa and shredded cheese.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Place 2 tablespoons mixture along one side of each tortilla; roll to enclose filling.
  7. Serve with additional salsa.
  8. Makes 24 servings.
