Delicious & Health-Boosting Banana Ginger Cookies
- 100 grams Cake flour
- 1 bag Black tea leaves (tea bag)
- 30 grams Raw cane sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 medium-sized Banana
- 1 tsp + 1/2 - 2 Ginger
- 1 tbsp + 1/2 Vegetable oil
- 10 grams (Topping) Granulated sugar (or brown sugar)
- Add the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
- Use the back of a fork to crush the banana, mix with the grated ginger and set aside.
- Combine the mixtures from steps 1 and 2 with the vegetable oil and make into a dough.
- Scoop out with a spoon, line up on a baking sheet and top with the sugar.
- Cook in your pre-heated oven at 170 C for about 15 minutes, and they're complete.
