Delicious & Health-Boosting Banana Ginger Cookies

  1. Add the ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
  2. Use the back of a fork to crush the banana, mix with the grated ginger and set aside.
  3. Combine the mixtures from steps 1 and 2 with the vegetable oil and make into a dough.
  4. Scoop out with a spoon, line up on a baking sheet and top with the sugar.
  5. Cook in your pre-heated oven at 170 C for about 15 minutes, and they're complete.
