Breakfast Casserole

  1. Cook sausage until well done in a small/medium skillet.
  2. Drain fat and set aside.
  3. In a large mixing bowl beat eggs with milk, salt, pepper and mustard.
  4. Mix in cheese, cooked sausage and croutons, and other optional ingredients (only one additional recommended).
  5. Pour mix into a casserole dish and cover with plastic.
  6. Refrigerate overnight.
  7. Uncover and bake at 350F for 1 hour, serve hot and enjoy!
