Chicken Basillico Recipe

  1. Heat oil in large skillet, flour chicken lightly on both sides.
  2. Brown for 3 min on each side on high heat.
  3. Throw away oil, add in butter, onions, garlic and saute/fry till onions are transparent.
  4. Add in diced tomato, spices and white wine.
  5. Reduce then add in chicken stock.
  6. Top with fresh Mozzarella.
  7. Reduce sauce.
  8. Approximately 3 min.
  9. Serves 4.
