Easy Rustic Tomato and Olive Pizza

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Roll Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough into a 9x12-inch rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Transfer to baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Fold edges 1/2-inch to form a crust.
  5. Spread dough with sauce.
  6. Top with 1 cup cheese, tomato slices and olives.
  7. Bake 10 min.
  8. Top with remaining cheese; bake 8 to 10 min.
  9. or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown.
