Easy Rustic Tomato and Olive Pizza
- 1/4 recipe Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough
- 1 can (213 mL) pizza sauce
- 1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded 3 Cheese Pizza Cheese, divided
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced Kalamata olives
- Heat oven to 450 degrees F.
- Roll Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough into a 9x12-inch rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
- Transfer to baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Fold edges 1/2-inch to form a crust.
- Spread dough with sauce.
- Top with 1 cup cheese, tomato slices and olives.
- Bake 10 min.
- Top with remaining cheese; bake 8 to 10 min.
- or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown.
