Snickers Torte
- 2 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1 jar caramel ice cream topping
- 2 (8 ounce) bars cream cheese
- 2 cup powdered sugar
- 16 oz cool whip
- 5 snickers bars
- 1 chopped peanuts (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter together.
- Pat into a 9 X 13 inch pan.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Set aside to cool.
- Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 of cool whip with mixer.
- Blend well.
- Chop up snickers bars and fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Spread caramel topping onto bottom of crust.
- Spread cream cheese and snickers mixture over caramel layer.
- Cover with remaining cool whip.
- Sprinkle chopped peanuts over cool whip if desired.
- Refrigerate 5 hours or more before serving.
