Grilled Tuscan Spread

  1. Immerse plank in water, placing weight on top of plank to keep it submerged.
  2. Soak 4 hours.
  3. Beat cream cheese products with mixer until blended.
  4. Stir in 2 Tbsp.
  5. tomatoes.
  6. Shape into ball; roll in remaining tomatoes, then parsley until evenly coated.
  7. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  8. Heat barbecue for indirect grilling: Light one side of barbecue, leaving other side unlit.
  9. Close lid; heat barbecue to 350 degrees F. Place cedar plank on barbecue grate over unlit area; top with cheese ball.
  10. Cover.
  11. Grill 15 to 20 min.
  12. or until cheese ball starts to soften, monitoring for consistent grill temperature.
