Warm Broccoli Cheese Spread
- 1 packages Low-Fat Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Low-Fat Sour Cream
- 1 envelope Italian Salad Dressing Mix, ( I use Zesty)
- 3 cup Frozen, chopped Broccoli Florets, (thawed and patted dry)
- 2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese, divided
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, and dressing mix until blended.
- Fold in broccoli and 1 1/2 cups of cheese, then spoon into pie plate or a shallow 1 qt.
- dish.
- (Spread evenly).
- Bake 20 minutes, Remove, Sprinkle with remaining cheese and then bake 5 more minutes until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm on crackers!
