Stir-fried Chicken Tenders and Green Pepper with Soy Sauce Mayonnaise
- 4 Chicken tenderloin
- 5 Green pepper
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 2 tbsp Katakuriko
- Remove the sinews from the meat and cut into small pieces.
- Season with an equal amount of sake and soy sauce (not listed).
- Discard the excess sauce and coat with katakuriko.
- Slowly saute in a frying pan with oil until golden brown (the pieces will untangle as it heats).
- Once the meat has cooked on one side, it'll be easy to flip over.
- When the chicken has cooked, add the green peppers and mix.
- Add sake and stir fry.
- When the green peppers are cooked, add the ingredients, toss well and it's done.
