Salmon Loaf With Cucumber Sauce

  1. Mix all ingredients of cucumber sauce together and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  2. Drain salmon, reserving juice; discard skin and bones.
  3. Add water to salmon juice to make 1/2 cup.
  4. Combine liquid, salmon and remaining ingredients in large bowl.
  5. Spoon into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
  7. Serve with cucumber sauce.
