Chorizo & Hash Brown Casserole

• 3/4 lb. Mexican chorizo
• 1 onion, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
• 1 pkg. (1 lb. 14 oz.) ORE-IDA Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes, thawed
• 1 container (16 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Zesty Blends Chipotle Sour Cream
• 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Three Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Crumble chorizo into large skillet; cook on medium heat 12 min.
3. or until done, stirring frequently.
4. Drain; return to skillet.
5. Add onions; cook 3 min., stirring occasionally.
6. Stir in hash browns and sour cream.
7. Spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese.
8. Cover.
9. Bake 40 to 45 min.
10. or until heated through.
