Bucati with pesto
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 2 liter boiling water
- 300 grams Bucatini pasta n9
- 65 grams parseley leaves
- 150 grams olive oil, extra virgin
- 30 grams Pine nuts
- 40 grams feta cheese
- 1/2 garlic cloves
- When water is boiling add the noodles and cook about 5 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, cover the pan while you prepare the sauce.
- In a pesto and mortar add all the ingredients and macerete it.
- add the hot pasta on a plate and put the sauce on top.
