Double Grilled Cheese & Turkey Sandwich
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 2 slices French Bread (sandwich Thickness)
- 3 slices Havarti Cheese
- 3 slices Deli Turkey Meat
- 1/4 cups Shredded Smoked Mozzarella
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Melt the butter in a skillet on medium high heat.
- Add the slices of bread and grill both sides until toasted.
- Remove bread from the pan.
- Place the slices of bread on a baking sheet (open-faced) and add the Havarti cheese over both slices of bread.
- Put into the oven and bake for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Take pan out of the oven and add the slices of turkey to one of the cheese coated pieces of bread.
- Close the sandwich and sprinkle the top of it with the shredded smoked mozzarella cheese.
- Reset the oven to a low broil.
- Put the baking sheet back into your oven on the top rack and broil for maybe 2 minutes.
- You want to get a nice melt but not a total melt.
