Delicious Banana Cream Cheesecake

  1. Mix chocolate wafer crumbs, butter and 1/3 cup sugar together.
  2. Press mixture into bottom of a 9 inch springform pan; refrigerate.
  3. Beat cream cheese until creamy on low speed.
  4. Beat in 2/3 cup sugar and cornstarch on low speed.
  5. Beat in eggs, one at a time, on low speed.
  6. Beat in bananas, whipping cream and vanilla on low speed.
  7. Pour mixture into prepared crust.
  8. Place pan on a cookie sheet and bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
  9. Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees and bake an additional 65 minutes.
  10. Cool.
  11. Refrigerate cheesecake, uncovered, at least 6 hours.
