Iced Buffed Mocha

  1. In a small microwaveable cup, combine the water and coffee powder.
  2. Microwave on high powder for about 20 seconds, or until hot.
  3. Stir to dissolve the powder.
  4. In the jar of a blender, combine the milk, yogurt, sugar substitute, reserved coffee mixture, and ice.
  5. Blend on high speed or ice crush setting for 30-60 seconds, or until smooth.
  6. Pour into a large glass.
  7. Garnish with whipped topping and dust with cocoa, if desired.
  8. Serve immediately with a straw.
