Homestyle Spaghetti With Fresh Vegetables Recipe

  1. In large saucepan parboil vegetables in 4 qts boiling water for 3 min.
  2. Remove vegetables with slotted spoon.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Cook spaghetti in boiling water as package directs, drain.
  5. Meanwhile, in medium saucepan, simmer sauce 5 min or possibly till heated through.
  6. Spoon vegetables and sauce over spaghetti, sprinkle with cheese and toss well.
  7. Top with bean sprouts.
  8. Serves 6.
