Easy Cheesy Hot Crab Dip
- 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Hot Sauce
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 pinch Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 1 pinch Cayenne
- 1 pinch Dry Mustard
- 13 cups Chopped Green Onions (scallions)
- 1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 13 cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese
- 1 pound Fresh Cooked Lump Crab Meat
- 1 whole Lemon, Juiced
- 2 Tablespoons Panko Bread Crumbs
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, beat together the cream cheese, mayo, Worcestershire, hot sauce, garlic, and seasonings using an electric mixer.
- Fold in the green onions with a spatula then add the cheeses, the crab meat, and the lemon juice over top.
- Gently fold the crab and cheese into the mixture.
- Spread mixture into prepared baking dish.
- Top with Panko breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour until hot a bubbly.
- Serve with crostini or crackers (I toasted up my own crostini under the broiler with a little nonstick cooking spray, a pinch of salt, and a sprinkle of parmesan!
