Sri Lankan Potatoes
- 6 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon coarse pepper
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 dash cinnamon (optional)
- 1 dash paprika (for color)
- Boil potatoes for 15 minutes or until slightly tender.
- Fry onions in skillet in oil until golden brown.
- Add potatoes and seasonings.
- Stir for a few minutes to lightly brown potatoes.
