Sri Lankan Potatoes

  1. Boil potatoes for 15 minutes or until slightly tender.
  2. Fry onions in skillet in oil until golden brown.
  3. Add potatoes and seasonings.
  4. Stir for a few minutes to lightly brown potatoes.
